Guidelines for presenters

Presentation Instructions

To verify the format of your presentation, while awaiting the final detailed program, the first authors of all accepted contributions have received a notification email to the email address linked to their sciencesonf account:

[sge2025] Presentation format sciencesconf.org:sge2025:XXXXXX on April 30th at 10:28 AM with the selected presentation format

A program was also sent by email (first authors only, same address) with the schedule details:

[SGE2025] Your session schedule(s) // Your presentation time slot on May 23rd at 2:26 PM or 2:29 PM

You may use the image from our SGE2025 banner and our logo, if you wish, to illustrate your presentations.

Oral presentations

The format is not mandatory. Each presentation is scheduled to last 15 minutes + 5 minutes.for discussion and questions.We thank you for respecting this maximum time limit to allow for questions and discussions. Each room is equipped with a computer and a video projector. All presentations must be uploaded to the room's computer before the start of the session. Please ensure file compatibility.PDF format is recommended.Other formats are accepted after verification during upload prior to each session.

Poster Sessions

Posters must be printed by the authors, in A0 portrait format. The template is not required. Poster hangers are provided. Poster presentation sessions last 1 hour and 15 minutes to encourage discussion.Coffee breaks surrounding poster sessions will also allow for additional friendly discussions in a shared space. Participants are invited to set up their presentations at the beginning of the half-day session and collect them at the end of the corresponding half-day.
