Registration is open from Monday, March 31, 2025, through Sunday, June 15, 2025. Registration is via AZUR COLLOQUE (CNRS). Payment can be made by purchase order or credit card. Links and instructions are below.

Registration fees
Early bird registration (deadline: May 15, 2025):
PhD student, student: €270 excl. VAT without gala (including 3 lunches), or full registration (including gala, 3 lunches) €350 excl. VAT,
Researcher, Lecturer, Industrialist: €320 ex-VAT without gala (including 3 lunches), or full registration (including gala, 3 lunches) €400 ex-VAT.
Late registration from May 16, 2025 (deadline: June 15, 2025):
PhD student, student: €320 ex-VAT without gala (including 3 lunches), or full registration (gala included; 3 lunches) €400 ex-VAT,
Researcher, Lecturer, Industrialist: €370 ex-VAT without gala (including 3 lunches), or full registration (gala included; 3 lunches) €450 ex-VAT.
Registration fees include: access to the symposium for 3 days, collection of papers, (5) breaks and (3) lunches. For full registrations, the gala dinner is included.
For the gala dinner, it is possible to register an accompanying person at a cost of €80 excluding VAT.

Regarding AZUR COLLOQUE, here are a few things to note:

It is vital that the email address provided in AZUR COLLOQUE is correct, as all information will be transmitted there. We therefore ask you to carefully check your email address.

The requested arrival/departure times are for informational purposes only; it is not necessary to provide this information precisely.

Amounts are displayed inclusive of all taxes and 10% VAT. However, for purchase orders, the VAT regime type of the budget line used applies.
- Credit Card Payment:
- If there is a payment issue at the time of registration, you have a few days to log back in and finalize the payment.
- Purchase Order Payment:
- Your registration is not valid until payment is received.
- It is possible (and desirable) to group registrations for multiple individuals, from the same institute, laboratory, or team, onto a single order form. Once you register via Azur Colloque, you will receive a quote. You must then proceed to submit the order form, following the information provided.
Cancellations:
Full refunds are available for all requests made before May 15, 2025. To request cancellation, please contact sge2025@sciencesconf.org. No refunds will be available after May 15, 2025.
